When?
25 Aug – 27 Aug 2023
What & Where?
The camp will take place in Stockholm, Sweden. We will be gathering members from Denmark, Iceland, Sweden and Åland. The goal is to have loads of fun, make new friends, and learn about children’s rights and how we can make a difference as young activists.
The Nordic Activist Camp is done in cooperation with our partners from Red Barnet Ungdom (Denmark), Barnaheill (Iceland) and Rädda Barnen Åland. The camp is a part of the project supported by Nordic Culture Point.
How?
During this weekend, we will learn about our rights and the amazing work done by different organisations in the Nordics. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people who share similar interests and make friends from other Nordic countries.
Registration:
There are limited spots available, so tell us why you want to join the Nordic Activist Camp and how you will use what you learn to make the world a better place. Register before July 3rd because we’re adding spots on an ongoing basis!
DEREGISTRATION:
If you can no longer come, please let us know as soon as possible and no later than August 1st, so someone else can take your place.
To join the camp you have to be a member of one of the Save the Children youth organizations in the Nordics. But don’t worry, all costs such as food, accommodation, and travel are covered by RBUF. You just have to show up! We’ll send more information to everyone who’s registered.
If you have any questions, send an email to palien.cham@rbuf.se.
We can’t wait to see you at the Nordic Activist Camp!
